Influenced by his childhood flavours and what he always loved to eat, Camilo Janã created a menu based in several Latin American classics, authentic, with bold flavours, rare ingredients, and of course, always with a contemporaneity touch.

PISCO SOUR

60ml Pisco
30ml Lime Juice
30ml of Sugar Syrup*
20ml Egg White
Angostura Bitter to taste
Put a good amount of ice in a shaker.
Next, combine the Pisco and the remaining ingredients.
Shake vigorously.
Serve in an iced glass with the help of a strainer.
Finish with a drop of Angostura on top of the foam.
